Choc Mint Bliss Balls
- 2tbspn chia seeds
- 120g almonds (or sunflower seeds if nut free required)
- 10 dates
- 3tbsp raw cacao powder
- 8 drops peppermint essential oil
- 65g shredded coconut
- Mix the chia seeds and almonds in thermomix or high powered food processor for 5 seconds on speed 9.
- Add in all other ingredients. Mix on speed 9 until mixture comes together, and as smooth as you like.
- Form into balls and roll in desiccated coconut.
